FfD Forum

The ECOSOC Forum on Financing for Development took place on 28 to 29 April 2025.

On 28 April, the President of ECOSOC and the co-chairs of the Intergovernmental Preparatory Committee of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) convened a joint meeting as part of the 2025 ECOSOC Forum. The event provided an opportunity for ministers and high-level officials to share their views and contribute to building political momentum ahead of FFD4.

This year’s Forum played a key role in supporting the preparatory process for the Conference, bringing together government leaders, senior officials from international organizations, civil society, the business sector, and local authorities to engage in constructive dialogue.
