The Civil Society FfD Mechanism Welcomes Over 1000 Participants to the FfD4 Civil Society Forum

The Civil Society Financing for Development (FfD) Mechanism is ready to welcome more than 1000 participants from across the globe to the FfD4 Civil Society Forum, taking place on June 28–29, 2025, in advance of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4).

The Civil Society Financing for Development (FfD) Mechanism is ready to welcome more than 1000 participants from across the globe to the FfD4 Civil Society Forum, taking place on June 28–29, 2025, in advance of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4).

Bringing together civil society voices from all regions and constituencies, the Forum will serve as a critical space for dialogue, strategy, and mobilization ahead of the intergovernmental negotiations. As with past FfD conferences, this Forum plays a central role in ensuring the process remains inclusive, ambitious, and accountable.

The Forum will feature high-level speakers, including civil society leaders, government representatives, and international experts who will address key issues shaping the future of global finance governance, debt and tax justice, and sustainable development.

📍 Dates: June 28–29, 2025
📍 Location: In person in Sevilla, Melia Hotel, with select sessions livestreamed to ensure broader global participation.

  • Day 1:

    • Opening Session: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM CET

    • Plenary Session I: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM CET

  • Day 2:

    • Full Day Coverage: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET
