The FFD Forum has been established by the 2015 Addis Ababa Action Agenda, as part of the United Nations FfD follow-up process. It has been conceived as an intergovernmental process with universal participation mandated to review the Addis Ababa Action Agenda (Addis Agenda) and other financing for development outcomes and the means of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
