The Civil Society Financing for Development Mechanism (CS FfD M) actively engaged at the FfD4 Multistakeholder Hearing at the UN Headquarters in New York. This gathering took place October 28 and 29, bringing together civil society organizations, the private sector, representatives of MDBs, UN representatives, and member states to advance the FfD agenda

  • October 28: Multistakeholder Hearings
    You can find the full Programme here.The CS FfD facilitated an interactive panel discussion with civil society. Interventions from our representatives highlighted the importance of democratizing governance structure of the International Financial Architecture and bringing conversations to the UN in all areas of the FfD agenda.   • October 29: Side Events
    The CS FfD Mechanism hosted 4 different side events in the context of the MS Hearing. We discussed our Civil Society Checklist for Member States, the reform of MDBs, and issues of International Development Cooperation and Debt. You can find the official programme here.
